  Judge gave me 20 t0 30 seconds to speak on my petition to receive guardianship of my 88 year old Mother. Then told me to stop talking and turned her over to a court appointed attorney, causing my Mother to live in a nursing home instead of home with me (her daughter and her family). My mother is crying and said she would die in a nursing home. This came to being because the courts failed to file my petition at a previous hearing due to court appointed atty error. Judge Hallmark failed to review my filing, due to not reviewing the files, and or lost documents. She also failed to answer a letter and phone calls from me and allowed her PC to fail to give her court room filings in a timely manner. One of my filings was totally ignored. I live out of state and paid to appear online. Mr Yun is guilty of not doing his duties to the court, and Ms. Hallmark has no time to listen to complaints as she appears to be conducting hurried "robo" resolutions to court hearings.
