  I recently went in for a tour of this community for my grandmother and loved it. They are warm and welcoming. The office staff answered all of my questions and I never felt like I was asking a dumb question being that this was my first time looking for senior living. I was amazed by how the staff member who did my tour was greeted so lovingly by residents of the community while we walked the building. You could tell the staff are very good to the residents. I have heard really bad things about "senior living" from friends and family and always thought of cold "nursing home" style places before visiting this community and they completely changed my mind. I am not longer scared about moving my grandmother into senior living where she can get the help she needs since o live out of state thanks to american house.
